Screen Alert Watchers

Ensure fast response to screen issues
We’re excited to introduce Screen Alert Watchers, a powerful new feature that ensures users stay informed and are able to respond to screen issues in real time (e.g., screen unplugged, low battery). Dashboard users can now add watchers at the venue or screen level to receive screen alerts. Simply add the screen’s point of contact (e.g., Venue Manager) or any other relevant team members to ensure they receive all available system alerts without the need to be a system user.
This enables faster issue resolution and reduces the burden on the signage network operations team by providing on-site staff with direct access to real-time alerts. For example, if a venue manager is added as a watcher, they will receive an email alert when a screen is unplugged by an employee and can respond immediately—without waiting for the HQ operations team to notify them.
To add watchers at the venue or screen level, go to the Profile page, open the sliding panel, and click Screen Alert Watchers.
