TED Intelligence – AI asset editor & generator
We’ve integrated with the world’s leading AI platform to bring this capability to MDS.
Whether you’re adjusting an existing image asset or starting from scratch, users can now edit directly within the dashboard—no design tools required.
Simply describe what you want to AI and the system will generate an image.
The quality of generated ads will continue to improve as the AI models advance in the partner platform. To use the feature in a supported dashboard, simply click “Edit/Create asset with TED AI” in the ACTIONS menu.

Business hours automation using Google Places
Mercato’s introduced a new automation that pulls business hours directly from Google Places and applies them to screens inside the dashboard, eliminating the need for manual updates.
This feature ensures business hours are automatically kept up to date, delivering a zero-touch process, and reducing the risk of outdated hours.

Campaigns – Daily status report
Introducing a new daily email report delivered to the inbox each morning providing users with an immediate snapshot of campaign activity.
The report includes a summary of live and upcoming campaigns. It highlights campaigns with media asset warnings and flags those scheduled on signs during overbooked periods.
The report also identifies campaigns currently running as fillers and those with assets that exceed the ad slot duration defined by a screen’s loop policy.

Venues – Bulk update support
Reduces the need to manage venue setting individually when updating CPM, programmatic and standard filler campaigns or filler content modes.
With Bulk Update Support, users can update multiple venues immediately with just a few clicks.
Simply select the venues to be updated and select “Update Venues” from the action menu to apply changes quickly and efficiently.

Screen health verification portal
Mercato’s launched a new Screen Health Portal; a secure and protected portal where users can enter a screen’s information and instantly check if the screen is online.
This enables third party installers or venue ops to use a page to verify a screen is up and running without providing full dashboard access to the installer.
The Screen Health Page, enables safe sharing of the screen status without disclosing the venues dashboard information and to ensure screens are up and running correctly.

Proof of play report export — work while you wait for your download
We’ve enhanced the Proof of Play export experience to improve efficiency. Now, when exporting large reports, users can start the export and continue working on other tasks while the system processes requests in the background.
When the report is ready, you’ll receive a notification to download it at your convenience. This improvement boosts efficiency by letting users manage multiple exports while still using the dashboard.
